Madee is a luxury private villa found within the safe and quiet confines of Chom Tawan Estate – a beautiful, tropically designed beachfront estate positioned in an outstanding location with some world class facilities less than a stones throw away. Perched along the shores of one of Phuket’s most pristine beaches - Bang Tao Bay - Villa Madee is a prime spot for beach lovers and golfers alike and boasts a wonderful array of restaurants and facilities within walking distance or a short drive.

Madee is a unique 3 bedroom garden villa with tropical landscapes designed to promote outdoor living. This luxury villa is spread over two levels and combines comfort and convenience with open plan tropical living in mind. The central common living areas are a delight to enjoy and guests will find themselves spending most of their time in the shaded comforts of the villas gardens lounges which sit along the edges of the villas swimming pool and tanning decks.

The large Dedon lounge suits provide the perfect setting for morning breakfast, yoga, or simply chilling over a good book and a cool drink. The lounge has been covered by designer shade sails complete with ceiling fans and lighting to provide a haven away from the suns harsh rays and a peaceful resting spot or entertaining platform once the sunsets.

The 13m in ground swimming pool is also well positioned to catch most of the days sunlight. This marvelous water feature combined with the beautiful Dedon outdoor sun chairs makes poolside living and absolute joy all outlined by designer topical gardens.

Moving inside the villa consists of two main living pavilions. The first pays home to the large and fully equipped western kitchen and dining room with seating for 6 adults. This gorgeous dining setting consists of thick wooden tables and comfortable leather bound dining chairs which are perfect for casual dining or more formal dinner parties. The second pavilion contains the extra large indoor living space with large couches and small private library. The entire living room enjoys natural light throughout the day and night with the inclusion of a raised ceiling and sky light which allows natural tones to fill the room during the days and moonlight to sneak into this space in the evening.

The accommodation consists of three very well sized air-conditioned bedrooms all with private en-suite. Two bedrooms are located up stairs with the third located on the ground floor adjacent to the dining room. Each bedroom has been furnished using the finest materials available and provides guests with a sanctuary I which to escape from the rest of the villa. All bedrooms have wireless internet access and plasma screen TV with satellite TV connections.

Villa Madee is set in a perfect surrounds to compliment any island holiday. With large common area swimming pool and BBQ area as well as a fitness centre, guests have all amentias within a few short steps. The local area of Bang Tai also boats some amazing local restaurants where visitors can try some of southern Thailand's renowned spicy flavours. Horse riding, car hire, banks and specialty stores are also within a few minutes of the estate gates. With 24 hour security and PVH’s concierge services only a phone call away there are very few destinations that can match the elegance of Villa Madee.

Rates

Daily rates from US$ 390 to 935 depending on seasons, reduced occupancy rates for 2 bedrooms available
Rates exclude 10% service charge and 7% tax

The villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy while the villa manager is available to cater to all your specific needs and help organise guests stay with activities, massage and spa treatment as well as dealing with any matter arising at the villa.
Our guest relations & concierge team will visit guests during their stay (usually the day after check in) to further help ensuring guests have a pleasant stay or address any matters arising at the villa
